At KH ESSENCE Body and Bath Essentials, our products are inspected thoroughly before they are shipped. We will gladly exchange or refund your new/unused order if you are not completely satisfied. Return must be received within 15 days of delivery receipt. *Buyer is responsible for returning product(s) via priority USPS or certified mail. *
NOTE: Products damaged during shipment will be replaced. Contact us immediately and submit proof of the damaged product within 10 days of delivery receipt at Info@khessence.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
